Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in layout design, particularly with custom memories and advanced process nodes.

They should possess a strong understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints. Additionally, they should be well-versed in physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR reliability checks.

The successful applicant will also have expertise in scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL, and preferably have exposure to high-performance and low-power memory layout optimization techniques.

A minimum of 5 plus years of experience in memory layout design is required. We are open to candidates with experience in either custom-based memories or compiler-based memories.
