Path Law Group is a boutique immigration firm focused on employment-based immigration law.

About This Role:
  • Draft, review and edit high volumes of visa cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications.
  • Manage complex caseloads while liaising with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report case progression and status to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence and preparing documents.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and delay resolution.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and RFE responses.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication skills.

Candidates must have at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
