Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Data and Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with a proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models for business forecasting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • The jobholder will continually assess and mitigate operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.">
  • The jobholder will adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls, including relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records, and timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.">
  • The jobholder will implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer.">
  • The jobholder will build and deploy predictive models for business forecasting and decision-making, implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions, collaborate with data teams for seamless data integration and visualization, optimize model performance, and monitor deployment pipelines.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence model development and deployment.">
  • Proficiency in Python, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, Machine Learning Libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.).">
  • Deployment Frameworks.">
  • Aptitude for building and deploying predictive models for business forecasting and decision-making.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with data teams for seamless data integration and visualization.">
  • Capacity to optimize model performance and monitor deployment pipelines.">
  • Commitment to supporting business use cases with data-driven insights.">
