Responsibilities
  1. Execute Tax Client Service Team's deliverables through effective delegation
  2. Supervise and review service delivery, processes, and controls
  3. Identify ways to improve productivity and account mining
  4. Deliver high-quality work in light of changing regulations
  5. Ensure effective utilization of team members
  6. Drive collaboration and inclusion among team members
  7. Keep the team updated on changes in tax rules
Requirements
  1. Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Transfer Pricing
  2. CA with 2-4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Prior team leading experience is preferred
