Job Title: Social Media Manager & Presenter

Location: On-site

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, building our social media presence, and collaborating with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Host Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social content explaining real estate hacks, offers, and our USP.
  • Be the relatable, trustworthy face of our brand.
  • Batch-shoot 4-5 reels weekly, in engaging and trending formats.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Create, plan, and execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Live).
  • Study competitor strategies and innovate with fresh hooks.
  • Grow Instagram followers, engagement, and community through consistent experimentation.
  • Track analytics, optimise for reach & conversions, and prepare monthly growth reports.
Influencer & Collaboration Management:
  • Identify and collaborate with micro and niche influencers.
  • Lead barter deals and low-cost collaborations to maximise ROI.
  • Script collab content, negotiate deliverables, and track performance.
  • Build long-term partnerships with creators to amplify reach.
Requirements:
  • Confident, energetic, and natural on-camera presence.
  • 1–3 years of social media management / influencer marketing experience.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram growth strategies, hooks, trends, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker who can study + innovate rather than just copy competitors.
  • Experience handling influencer outreach & negotiations (barter + paid).
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
