High-Impact Social Media Advertising Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to assume a pivotal role within our organization. As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns in line with our business objectives.
You will analyze customer actions, plan A/B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements...), and build a scientific campaign structure combining with the team's content and design for effective conversion.
Maintenance includes monitoring and analyzing data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available), and proactively expanding budget based on performance and ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR...
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads (> 20,000 USD/month or more)
- Strong performance mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
- Understanding of analytics and attributes (last click, view, etc.)
