Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, managing communication across various platforms, and optimizing performance.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO), excellent communication and writing skills, and experience in creating effective content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure an effective online presence and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SMO with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Background in technology or AI industry a plus.
