High-Level Technical Leadership Position

This position oversees daily application development projects and software engineering for a specific group. Direct management of software engineers and project managers is involved.
">The role requires collaboration with architects on major organizational initiatives across multiple channels and platforms. It involves functioning as the technical decision-maker and problem solver to deliver projects on time and within budget.
">A key responsibility is promoting project quality and managing the application development team to promote satisfaction with all technology teams and business partners by following standard application development tools and processes.
">Another crucial aspect is implementing and managing continuous improvement programs to improve quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
">This includes driving adoption of metrics such as CMMi to demonstrate continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards. Demonstrating continuous improvement through metrics of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction is also essential.
">The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of application development leadership experience, including 7+ years of technical experience in architecture development, integration of backend systems, and development.
">In-depth knowledge of integration approaches and architectures is required. A deep understanding of cloud-native solutions, microservices architectures, and API orchestration architectures is also necessary.
">The candidate should have experience with technologies such as Java, NoSQL, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, Docker, K8s, and Cloud. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, logging, metrics, monitoring, tracing, service mesh, LTM, GTM, SEO, and GraphQL is also required.
">Strong understanding of API platforms, back-end services, database, and networking components of full-stack infrastructure is essential. Direct management of cross-functional, sourced, or matrixed teams is also required.
">An undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent education and experience are necessary. The candidate should have demonstrated success leading medium- to large-scale initiatives/transformations.
">Proven management experience in strategic planning and budgeting within one or more business groups is required. Experience with IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environment is also necessary.
">Relevant technology certifications and good process management, negotiating, influencing, and problem resolution skills are desired. The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is also essential.
