Job Title: Manager – Revenue Assurance Project Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our revenue assurance project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis.

  • Project Management: Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to budget.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts, identifying areas for process improvement.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with various departments, data analysis, and reporting, as well as recommending process improvements using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance policyholder engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate studies in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling.

  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience conducting thorough analysis of trends and identifying areas for process improvement.
