Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations. As Senior Financial Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and finalization of financial statements, manage daily funds, and arrange working capital finance from banks.
  • Tax Compliance: Develop strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinate with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters.
  • Accounting Software: Monitor and control accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements.
  • Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments and maintain banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with statutory authorities, including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments, and ensure GST compliance, including filing of monthly GST returns.
  • Banking Relationships: Maintain banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and financial management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
