Our Company is a leader in software design and development with over 10 years of experience. We are seeking a talented Sr Engineer, Software to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with a degree in Computer Science Engineering to lead our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with programming languages such as Golang, C/C++ and a good understanding of computer networking concepts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with distributed teams to understand requirements and propose timely solutions.
  • Unit test software using automation frameworks and ensure it follows the software development lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of features and assist the support team on customer issues.
  • Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders and suggest improvements to software.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Programming Languages: Golang, C/C++
  • Computer Networking: Good understanding of routing/switching concepts, network security, Loadbalancers, proxies (e.g. Nginx)
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Extensive experience with Config Plane, control plane & data plane protocols and features
  • Cloud Computing: Experience with Kubernetes containers
  • Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills with distributed teams
