Responsibilities

As a Business Valuation Consultant, you will perform and manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes.

  • Perform business valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes.
  • Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of valuation methods, including:
  • Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation
  • Goodwill Impairments
  • Gift and Estate Valuation
  • 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718)
  • Reviewing third-party valuations
  • Assembling market data and comparable financial information
  • Valuing Equity, Debt, Derivatives, etc.
