Job Title: Trade Support Associate

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the trading or broking sector. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by resolving trade and order-related queries efficiently.

You will be a key player in ensuring seamless user experiences on our platform. This includes providing timely support for platform issues, educating clients on product features and navigation, and guiding them through regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries regarding orders, trades, and accounts via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with account opening, KYC, and onboarding procedures.
  • Provide real-time assistance for trading platform issues.
  • Educate clients on product features and platform functionality.
  • Ensure compliance by advising clients on regulatory matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and resolve queries within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer support within a trading or broking firm.
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms and systems.
  • Understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and order types.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations during market hours.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • NISM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
