**Job Title:** Senior Associate, Investment Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the post-trade lifecycle for all Equity and Fixed Income securities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Processing & Settlement: Ensure accurate and timely delivery, confirmation, and settlement of complex transactions.
  • Trade Management: Perform trade booking, cancellations, and modifications with a focus on swaps and other complex financial instruments.
  • Collateral & Margin Management: Manage collateral and margin calls, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Quality Control & Training: Conduct quality checks on junior associates' work and train new team members to maintain high standards.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of trades from delivery and confirmation to final settlement. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new team members to help them succeed.
