Senior Media Buyer

We are seeking an experienced media buyer to lead our paid ads growth efforts for eCommerce & Home Services brands.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad copy/creative/funnel structure and the ability to research and suggest relevant strategies to improve ROAS/conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on account/brand demographics to inform ad copy/creative/funnel structure suggestions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and confidence building.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to gather valuable insights.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize ad campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Suggest and implement new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to increase conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and developments to ensure our strategy remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve target KPIs.
  • Create high-performing ad copy with a direct response focus.
  • Edit and refine marketing copy with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.
  • A minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend.
  • At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
