Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

Role Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to manage our Facebook Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimising effective ad campaigns, analysing data, and identifying areas for improvement. They will also collaborate with our design team to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure consistency across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Facebook Ads strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results
  • Collaborate with designers to create engaging ad creatives and ensure brand consistency
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a strong focus on data analysis and campaign optimisation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools and software
