Job Title: E/M Certified Medical Coder - Revenue Cycle Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Certified E/M Medical Coder to join our team in the revenue cycle management department. The ideal candidate will have experience in US healthcare coding, preferably from an outsourcing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign appropriate E/M codes based on clinical documentation and CMS guidelines.
  • Maintain high accuracy levels for proper reimbursement and compliance.
  • Collaborate with providers or internal teams to clarify documentation discrepancies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current coding guidelines, payer rules, and regulatory changes.
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum years of experience in US healthcare medical coding with focus on E/M services.
  • Prior experience working with a US healthcare outsourcing or BPO company.
  • Valid coding certification (CPC, CCS-P, etc.) with E/M proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athena.
  • Passionate about coding accuracy and continuous improvement.
