As a Nurse Educator, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing careers.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as NCLEX Trainers. Your primary responsibility will be to empower students with evidence-based strategies to maximize their outcomes in the NCLEX-RN exam.

About the Role:
  • You will develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and study materials aligned with the latest NCLEX test plan and NCSBN guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive classes, using diverse teaching methods such as case studies, simulations, online modules, and classroom instruction.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, simulate NCLEX-style questions, and evaluate student readiness for the exam.
  • Offer personalized support and mentoring to help students overcome challenges and achieve academic success.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: An NCLEX-qualified nurse is preferred; an NCLEX Trainer Certification is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, plus a minimum of 1 year in teaching or NCLEX preparation.

  • Maintain accurate learner records and produce insightful performance reports.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new educators or adjunct faculty as needed.
  • Collaborate with academic advisors and program administrators to optimize student success and program effectiveness.
