Senior 3D Artist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Unreal Artist to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine development, complemented by strong skills in 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit.

This senior artist position combines creativity and technical expertise, requiring someone who can lead projects, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver high-quality interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, Develop, and Optimize Interactive Applications
  • Lead Project Development from Concept to Delivery
  • Import, Integrate, and Manage Assets into Unreal Workflows
  • Collaborate with Designers, Artists, and Developers to Create Immersive Environments
  • Troubleshoot, Debug, and Optimize Performance Across Hardware and Platforms
  • Mentor Junior Team Members and Provide Technical Guidance
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends and Tools, Integrating them into Production Workflows
  • Create and Maintain Documentation of Pipelines and Technical Processes

Primary Skills:

  • Extensive Experience in Unreal Engine (Blueprints, Materials, Lighting, Level Design)
  • Proven Ability to Create and Optimize Real-Time Projects
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities with Attention to Detail
  • Hands-on Experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for Asset Creation and Integration

Secondary Skills:

  • Strong Understanding of Architectural Visualization Workflows
  • Familiarity with Maya or Other 3D Content Creation Tools
  • Knowledge of Rendering, Shading, and PBR Material Workflows
  • Experience with Blueprint Scripting in Unreal

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Professional Industry Experience
  • 5+ Years Dedicated to Unreal Engine Development
  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing Completed Unreal Projects (Games, Archviz, Simulations, or Interactive Applications)
  • Proven Experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit in Production Environments
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Collaboration Skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Abilities
