Job Profile

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Manager - AVP to lead multiple medium to large-scale inter-company Outsourcing/Offshoring projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing complex projects, collaborating with senior leaders, and managing stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities include overseeing project plans, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with external offshore vendors and manage transition processes to meet project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal onshore resources and MUFG's Captive to ensure smooth transition and project success.
  • Execute and deliver multiple high-complexity projects, leveraging expertise in governance, risk management, and collaboration.
  • Consult with client groups across regions to identify program needs and provide recommendations for effective implementation.
  • Serve as the principal coordinator of the project team responsible for redistributing work to ensure project success.
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to maintain synergy.
  • Create long- and short-term project plans, setting targets for milestones and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Delegate tasks to Business Unit SMEs best positioned to complete them.
  • Perform quality control and support adherence to Global Shoring Policy/Procedure, ensuring audit readiness throughout execution.
  • Host regular project meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, address issues, and drive accountability.
  • Communicate proactively with executives to keep the project aligned with stated goals.

Compensation: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum
