Job Role: Unix Support - L2 / L3 in Banking Sector

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Type: Full-time and Permanent Position

Experience: Minimum 6 years for L2 and 10 years for L3 Professionals

Availability: Maximum 60 Days Notice Period

Skill Requirements:

  • Unix Systems Administration
  • AIX Operating System Expertise
  • Powervm Platforms Knowledge
  • VIOS Configuration and Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Level 2 or 3 Support for Unix Systems in a Mission-Critical Environment
  2. Ensure Compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and Local Banking Regulations
  3. Operate under ITIL Processes for Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
  4. Maintain High Availability, Performance, and Security of Systems
  5. Troubleshoot Complex Incidents and Manage Approved Platform Changes

Requirements:

  • Root Cause Analysis for Recurring Incidents
  • Tuning Configurations and Scheduling Jobs for Performance Enhancement
  • Coordination with Vendors and Validation of Post-Change Health
  • Demonstrated Documentation, Runbook Hygiene, and Clear Communication Skills
