Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic Pune office. Your expertise will shape digital transformation, designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents and AI-powered solutions that enhance enterprise workflows and decision-making.

This role involves analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include working with structured and unstructured data, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems.

  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
  • Visualize data insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries.
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance. Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Continuously improve data quality and model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. They should have 3-5 years of experience in IT and related fields.

  • Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data mining, and algorithm design.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL and REST APIs.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
