- Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).
