We seek an exceptional Technology Lead / Co-Founder (Tech) to take charge of our technology roadmap, build scalable systems, and shape the product from beta launch to global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of the platform.
  • Lead the development of the identity verification engine, exchange, and supporting SaaS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap, market fit, and growth trajectory.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, setting culture and standards.
  • Evaluate data security, compliance, and trust as core aspects of every build.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in software/product engineering, ideally in SaaS, identity management, fintech, or security domains.
  • Strong expertise in modern tech stacks: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, data architecture, mobile apps.
  • Deep understanding of data security, identity verification, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in scaling products from MVP to mass adoption.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, resource-constrained environments, and rapid pivots.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
