Job Description

The IT Manager is responsible for coordinating training and orientation for new technology users, ensuring they become familiar with equipment and networks.

">

They will also organize support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks, monitor online security for users and networks, and establish relationships with technology and component vendors.

">

In addition, the IT Manager will oversee the IT support department staff, advise HR colleagues on staffing needs, and participate in the hiring and training process.

Key Responsibilities:
