Seeking a seasoned web development expert to lead the creation and optimization of WordPress websites.

About the Role:

  • This is a fully remote position, ideal for those who value flexibility and autonomy.
  • As part of our high-performance team, you will be responsible for designing and building new websites using WordPress templates.
  • You will also develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build new websites utilizing WordPress + Elementor templates.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.
  • Implement international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language).
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites.
  • Design and execute A/B split tests, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
