Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning systems with clean, maintainable code.
  • Create efficient end-to-end solutions using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end data science processes, including data preprocessing, analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Manage and retrieve data effectively from SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks like Flask and Django.
  • Optimize existing code for performance improvements and diagnose issues.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle practices consistently.
  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy AI models focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Conduct training, validation, and evaluation experiments, refining models based on statistical analysis and performance metrics.

Technical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Python programming.
  • 5+ years of experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other deep learning frameworks.
  • Solid experience with Python web frameworks like Flask and Django for API development.
  • Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Deep understanding of ML/DL algorithms, with advanced techniques in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG.
  • Hands-on expertise in text representation, semantic extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
  • Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming in Python.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as containerization, cloud platforms, and MLOps principles.
  • Proficient understanding of Git and Bitbucket for software version control.
  • Experience with C++ development is a plus.
