Job Description:

We're seeking a visionary Data Science Leader to spearhead the application of advanced AI/ML in the retail and e-commerce space. This is an opportunity to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI systems that drive measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and neural architectures, building autonomous, intelligent pipelines that continuously learn, adapt, and optimize decision-making for retail intelligence at scale.

You'll guide a team of data scientists, fostering innovation and best practices in AI/ML, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions aligned with customer needs and revenue goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Data Science with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++, with expertise in ML frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in transformers, BERT, GPT-based architectures, and neural networks.
  • Hands-on experience in computer vision (CNNs, visual transformers, OCR, multimodal embeddings).
  • Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs at scale.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and scalable systems.
  • Deep domain expertise in retail & e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, ML/AI, or related field.
