About the Role

This role requires leading a team of data scientists, developing and implementing statistical modeling and machine learning models, creating business stories and presentations through data inferential analysis, defining and maintaining data models, tools, and capabilities, and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data scientists in developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions
  • Develop and implement statistical modeling and machine learning models to drive business outcomes
  • Create data-driven business stories and presentations through data inferential analysis
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a related position as a data scientist or ML engineer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience building predictive analytics and machine learning solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and Python programming
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Skillful use of agile methodology for delivering on project milestones
  • Able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
