Title : Data Science Lead ( Generative AI )

Location : Chennai, TN

Role Overview : As GenAI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing key AI initiatives .

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with a strong background in Generative AI and Data Science to drive innovation and make a significant Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a key AI initiative from inception to implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing processes.

- Drive innovation by leveraging Generative AI and Data Science to develop cutting-edge solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Data Science to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of :

- 10+ years of experience in Data Science and related fields.

- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and driving innovation.

- Strong understanding of Data Science principles and techniques.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Skills :

- Experience with GenAI, Entity Resolution.

- Azure Cloud (OpenAI, Cogentive Services).

- NLP (spaCy, NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit), Gensim, Transformers.js, etc.

- Computer Vision OpenCV, Tensorflow, Tesseract, PyTorch, etc.

- Explainable AI (XAI) SHAP, LIME, etc.

- Graph DB (Neo4j, TigerGraph, etc.

- Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib.

- Python.

- EDA Libraries (Pandas, Seaborn, Pandas Profiling, SweetViz, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.

- LLM Libraries (Open AI, Hugging Face) & LLM Frameworks (LangChain, Llama, etc.)

- Vector DB (Cosmos DB, PineCone, ChromaDB, FIASS, etc.

- SQL.

- DevOps.
