Our team is looking for a professional to handle various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store management including new store setup
  • Material planning, procurement, and inventory management
  • Preparing monthly reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, material stock, and PM compliance
  • Managing Oracle work: asset creation, daily reading updates, PM/CM work orders, and order completion
  • Developing SOPs, RAs, JSAs, and MOCs
  • Knowledge of ISO audit 9001, 14001, and FMS systems
  • Coordinating with vendors for fuel availability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel basics, graphs, pivots, and advanced formulas
  • Implementing 5S principles and scrap management
  • Engineering documentation and training staff
  • Ensuring HSE and security norms are strictly followed
  • Knowledge of O&M for material handling equipment like RST, Forklift, Hydra, Crane etc.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control systems
  • Experience with material handling equipment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain records
