Quality Assurance Engineer Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to fill this key role.

  • Strong knowledge of testing and quality assurance is essential for this position.
  • Previous experience in software testing, particularly with POS systems, mobile apps, and APIs is a must.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium-Java and QA tools such as JIRA and Zephyr is highly valued.

In this role, you will work on restaurant and food-tech systems, including POS machines, digital kiosks, mobile apps, and integrations with payment or delivery partners. Your primary responsibilities will include creating test cases and scenarios, preparing and managing test data, and performing manual and automation testing.

Key Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
  • Hands-on testing experience with POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).
  • Automation testing (Selenium-Java or similar tools).
  • Familiar with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • ISTQB certification is a bonus.
