Project Coordinator Job Description

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our projects. Your primary focus will be on monitoring project progress and communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Resource Scheduling: Assist in scheduling resources, such as equipment, materials, and personnel, to meet project needs.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update project management documents, including the project plan, budget, schedule, and scope statement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with tasks like billing, bookkeeping, and risk management.
