Job Title: Senior Programme Delivery Expert

This role focuses on leading programmes to achieve strategic objectives.

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, preferably with experience in managing large-scale projects across different geographical locations.
  • The successful individual will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Providing regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
