Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery used in manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Set up and calibrate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to identify potential issues and perform corrective actions.
  • Monitor machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs to optimize performance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to support maintenance activities and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in machinery maintenance within manufacturing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is required.
  • Familiarity with food technology processes (mixing, drying,) is necessary.
Desirable Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
