Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our plant machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, and that any issues or breakdowns are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as experience in troubleshooting and analyzing complex problems. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and guide a team of maintenance technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Electrical Systems: Should have knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems.
  • Mechanical Systems: Should have experience in working with mechanical presses, material handling equipment, and conveyors.
  • Hydraulic Systems: Should have knowledge of hydraulic systems, including pumps, motors, and valves.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Leadership and Communication: Should have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and guide a team of maintenance technicians.
