Job Title: Senior IT Operations Manager Trainer

  • Oversight of IT operations and infrastructure to ensure efficiency, resilience, and compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Monitoring and optimization of system performance using ITOM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds) and cloud infrastructure operations.
  • Mentoring and development of junior staff and fresh graduates in ITOM practices, tools, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Ensurance of system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Development and implementation of operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automation of recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaboration with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conduction of root cause analysis for critical incidents and implementation of corrective actions.
