Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Developer – AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, configuring, and rolling out AI-enabled solutions.

This role involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, editing prompts, and assisting in configuring AI agents.

  • Gathering and documenting requirements, processes, and outputs is crucial for this position.
  • Supporting the configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing is also essential.
  • Assisting in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining solution documentation and knowledge bases is vital for success.
  • Participating in workshops, demos, and adoption activities will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.

About This Role:

This is a full-time contract position (40 hours/week) with long-term contract duration. The work schedule is 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) with IST overlapping with EST/UK timings. The location is 100% remote.
