We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage plant operations, including production planning, maintenance, quality control, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute production schedules to meet volume, cost, and quality targets.
  • Ensure products adhere to established quality standards and address deviations promptly.
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.
  • Lead and mentor plant supervisors and personnel to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets; optimize costs through resource planning and efficiency.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., OEE, man-hour costs, production yield) and initiate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, quality, engineering, and R&D.
  • Present regular operational performance updates and improvement proposals to senior management.
  • Ensure uptime via preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting.
  • Address customer feedback and respond promptly to issues like defects or delays.
