Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ERP Operations Manager. As an ERP Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a proven track record of implementing and managing complex systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and business continuity through effective policies and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure ERP user management access privileges and passwords are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
You will also be responsible for taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing processes. Furthermore, you will develop and implement a fully tested comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity. Regulatory requirement configuration, critical fields validation, and master configuration management for manufacturing processes in plants will also be part of your responsibilities.
As an ERP Operations Manager, you will integrate between ERP and government portal APIs, requiring master configuration and management. Customization of legal document output forms as PFI, e-invoice copy, COA, PO, which interfaces with customers and vendors, will also be part of your duties.
You will identify high, medium, and low-priority user issues in daily business processes. Developing and implementing MIS reports for compliance regulatory requirements and finance requirements will also be your responsibilities.
Your skills and qualifications include a graduate degree from a technical field or MBA/PGDBM/MCA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP modules. You must have strong knowledge of SQL, Excel pivot tables, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, and functional modules such as purchase, inventory, production, quality control, sales, export, finance, and HR payroll and personal.
Apart from technical skills, you should have excellent analytical problem-solving, action-oriented, continuous learning updation, oral communication skills, and customer orientation.
