Brand Intellectual Property Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the protection of our clients' intellectual property rights. As Manager IP Protection, Client Success & Business Growth, you will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows for our IP services.
This role combines a startup mentality with strategic thinking to drive business growth. You will build strong client relationships and play a key operational and strategic role in developing new business models while driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce brand protection strategies across various marketplaces, domains, and social media platforms.
- Lead onboarding efforts to ensure seamless transitions and establish clear expectations with clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to execute enforcement, customer-facing tasks, and process improvements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth through AI innovation and process enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to guide decision-making.
