The role involves analyzing market trends, developing seasonal product assortments, collaborating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

  • Design and execute product merchandising strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Work closely with design and production on product development to drive innovation and growth.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
  • Curate seasonal collections that balance classic and innovative styles.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock issues.
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.
  • Develop pricing and positioning strategies based on cost analysis and market insights.
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout to drive business results.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline product flow and maximize efficiency.

Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience in product merchandising, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Key qualifications include strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences, as well as skilled product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain expertise.

A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field is preferred for this role.
