Job Title: Senior User Interface Developer/UI Lead

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer/UI Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing new UI applications, modules, and enhancements.
  • You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to create software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans.
  • As a senior leader, you will provide guidance and/or review the work of local and offshore development team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Developing estimates on related project work and implementing solutions that meet mission-critical database requirements is also part of your responsibilities.
  • In addition, you will lead a small team of developers through the development process, adhering to and coaching staff to comply with quality standards and system procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in front-end design and development using React and Node.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
