Job Title : Senior/Lead UI React Developer

Location : Onsite Viman Nagar, Pune

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead UI React Developer with 58 years of strong frontend expertise to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, and modern web applications. This role requires a hands-on technologist who can convert complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces, while leading best practices and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to create seamless user Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable frontend architecture using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux/Context API.

- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance web pages.

- Optimize React components for speed, reusability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams for smooth data flow.

- Define and enforce UI best practices, reusable component strategies, and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD improvements.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI, rendering, or performance issues effectively.

- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and support for internationalization (i18n) & localization Skills & Qualifications :

- 58 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, DOM manipulation.

- Expertise in React Hooks, Redux, and modern architecture patterns.

- Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Webpack, NPM/Yarn, and agile workflows.

- Knowledge of UI testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization and best to Have :

- Hands-on experience with Next.js, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), or SSG (Static Site Generation).

- Knowledge of Micro-Frontend Architecture.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS/Cloud platforms.

- Contributions to open-source projects, blogs, or technical Skills :

- HTML 5+ Years

- React.js 5+ Years

- Redux 5+ Years
