We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with 8+ years of web application development expertise. The ideal candidate will lead UI development, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-performance, scalable applications using with Redux, modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), and RESTful/SOAP API integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI development using with Redux to ensure responsiveness and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in front-end best practices.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams for API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
  • Optimize applications for scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and maximum speed.
  • Ensure adherence to code quality, performance, and security standards (OWASP).
  • Debug and resolve issues across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE).
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and implement POCs.
  • Refactor and maintain existing JavaScript/React codebases.

Technical Skills Must Have

  • 8+ years of web application development experience.
  • Strong expertise in , Redux, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, DHTML, JSON, XML.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs and backend integration.
  • Hands-on with DOM manipulation, JS object model, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Debugger).
  • Experience leading UI projects and mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to or other front-end frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Webpack, Grunt, or similar build tools.
  • Experience with ARIA/Accessibility (ADA) standards.
  • Familiarity with JSP/XHTML, OWASP security practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
