Your key responsibilities will include:
* Uptime: Ensuring 99.999% availability of deployed cloud and IPCPE infrastructure.
* Alarms, Fault, and Outage Handling: Restoring outages/emergencies in the shortest possible time, minimizing impact on service by implementing workarounds, temporary traffic diversions, and taking immediate action to resolve all types of HW/SW faults and alarms.
* RS&R Management: Repairing all HW, including Cloud & Cloud IP infra within TAT.
* Redundancy: Ensuring 100% redundancy and resiliency for all types of core nodes and its connectivity, reviewing it periodically and suggesting required changes.
