Automation Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the development of automated testing solutions for digital commerce and payments platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Scalable Test Automation Frameworks: Create efficient and effective test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Test Development & Execution: Design and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, performance, and regression testing.
- Quality Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Postman.
- Experience in digital payments, e-commerce, or fintech environments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
