Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist

We are building scalable and efficient AI-powered workflows for high-risk business processes.

You will work closely with domain experts to translate complex rules and manual steps into automated AI-driven solutions on Databricks and Azure.

  • Design, build, and deploy automated workflows for regulatory compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
  • Create agentic flows using LangChain/AutoGen to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.
  • Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.
  • Leverage Databricks for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
  • Productionize solutions using continuous integration and deployment; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.
  • Partner with SMEs and engineering teams to optimize processes for scalability and auditability.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level Python programming skills, prompt engineering, and experience with LangChain / AutoGen.
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance data and workflows.
  • CI/CD tools (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience:
  • Lead Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist: 7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems.
  • Intermediate Artificial Intelligence Automation Specialist: 3–6 years overall; hands-on experience with Databricks and agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end.
