- The ideal candidate will create offer letters using Adobe Sign, conduct new hire orientation and HR connect, and coordinate employee off-boarding activities.
- You will also be responsible for promoting employee engagement initiatives, maintaining a positive work environment that supports business needs, and providing front-line support to staff.
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, handling vendor management, maintaining electronic and physical staff files, supporting HR business partners, and collaborating efficiently across teams are also key responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will be proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and technologies, with familiarity with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a multi-national company is beneficial.
Proficiency in Data Analytics, Workday, Gecko, Adobe Sign, Power BI, and Power Automate is a plus.
