Job Overview

Skill and Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in developing custom solutions to meet business needs.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries, performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of IDF framework, COM, inventory management systems, production monitoring tools, and supply chain management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, develop, and document customized solutions for Infor XA.
  • Provide support for ERP XA 9.2 users across various modules.
  • Maintain daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
  • Develop, test, and suggest improvements for customizations.
  • Prior experience with implementation will be beneficial.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience with expertise in Synon code development tool.
  • Excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and customer interaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Able to mentor junior developers and analysts on best practices and fundamentals.
